Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your items and delivery address. We do not offer automatic free shipping at any order value, including orders over $99. The minimum merchandise subtotal is $50.01 before discounts.

Dispatch days and cutoff

We dispatch Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 9 a.m. Pacific are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders received at or after 9 a.m., on Friday, or over the weekend move to the next eligible dispatch day. For example, an order placed after 9 a.m. Thursday is scheduled for Monday dispatch unless Monday is a holiday.

One-business-day shipping

We select UPS Ground only when UPS quotes one-business-day transit to your address. Otherwise, we use UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS Next Day Air if Saver is unavailable. We do not use UPS Ground Saver.

The transit estimate starts on the dispatch date, not the order date. Check the estimated delivery date at checkout. Carrier delays can occur; if your shipment is delayed, contact us so we can help.

Delivery and tracking

Available shipping options are shown after you enter your delivery address. Check that the address is complete and arrange to receive your perishable shipment promptly. Follow the storage instructions on the product packaging. We send tracking information when your shipment is prepared.

Problems with a delivery

Please report damaged, incorrect, or thawed deliveries within 24 hours of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number and keep photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label for our review. See our Return and Refund Policy.
