These terms apply to your use of llbfoods.com and purchases from the LLB Foods online store.

Orders and payment

Review your items, delivery address, and order total before placing an order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The minimum merchandise subtotal is $50.01 before discounts. Shipping is charged on every order, including orders over $99.

Shipping

We dispatch orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 9 a.m. Pacific are eligible for same-day dispatch; orders received at or after the cutoff move to the next eligible dispatch day. We select a UPS service with a one-business-day transit estimate: UPS Ground where eligible, otherwise UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS Next Day Air when Saver is unavailable. Transit time begins when the shipment is dispatched, not when the order is placed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Changes, cancellations, and delivery problems

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change once packing or shipping has begun. Perishable food cannot be returned. Please report damaged, incorrect, or thawed deliveries within 24 hours with photos so we can review a replacement or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Product information

Read the product description and package labeling, including ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions. Product selection and availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an item you ordered, we will contact you to resolve the order.

Use of this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access. LLB Foods content and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment, checkout, and delivery services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
